Solid experience! The booking process was very easy, Jared was kind and professional, and the storage worked well and was easy to access. If I had to tweak anything, it would be for the app. (Making it easier to log into your account to see your billing history rather than having to go for a web browser.) But that’s pretty small and on the whole experience was great! It is a little pricey, but that’s comparative to most storage units.

I have worked with Jared twice, first when I was down on a family emergency and needed a storage unit urgently. And then again when I lost the keys. He goes out of his way to be helpful and has made my personally stressful situation much easier! The unit itself is clean, well lit, well maintained, secure… all the things you want in a storage unit. But the people have made it exceptional.

Jared was great last summer when i had to quickly get a storage unit when i lost my mom and wanted to keep some things that i cherished . I live on the east coast and i had to leave the things stored there he has reassured me on my journey till i can come get those things . He is great the property is very clean and well maintained . Highly recommend for short or long stays .
