Happy with Extra Space -

I'm so happy that I decided to rent here, the managers are always willing to go beyond what they need to do. I have rented with Extra Space before at a different location, this one needs some TLC and the manangers said they will be starting the "face lift" soon, but I'm not one bit worried about the security of my belongings.

We came back for more.

We now have two units. The first one, a medium size unit, allowed us to finally get both cars back inside. A year later, our parents downsized and rather than fill up our garage again, we turned to ExtraSpace for a small second unit. I moved from their Montclair location (closer to my house) The transition was perfect, the staff was very friendly and informative. Although my unit is very different from my previous unit, my stuff is still safe and secure. The only complaint i have is the lighting, very spooky when i have to pickup parts for a late service call, but i think their correcting the issues, when i visited my unit on 5/8/12. I will still recommend to my friends.

The staff on location is always professional and very friendly. Any time I come in Adam and/or Nicole have smiles on their face, they dont make you feel like a customer, they make you feel like a friend. Compared to other storage facilities that I have rented with, this one surpasses all of them due to the security, overall cleanliness, and the customer focused staff that works here. The property needs some paint but other than that, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone for there storage needs!

My unit had a hole in the roof and would leak everytime it rained! I made the former company aware of it more than once and nothing was ever done to fix the problem, I called when I found out it was going to rain and I talked to the assistant manager and she said she would get it fixed right away. I got a call a few days later from her saying the roofer had been out and fixed the roof! I no longer have to worry about my belongings getting damaged. Thank you so much for being prompt and effecient. It is greatly appreciated!

I have been renting a storage unit here for close to 20 years. When I came in today to pay, I noticed that the property is much cleaner, the staff are much nicer and I feel better about having my stuff here. My only complaint would be the lighting at night time, I'm older and I hate coming here once it gets dusk out. Please get brighter lights so I feel safe at night when i have to come.
