Linda is helpful and funny! Be nice to Linda! The layout of the climate-controlled indoor storage building is great. Pricing and location are great for area college students who need a place to stash stuff over the summer break.

I was initially just looking to get a quote for a storage unit, but the service mentality is exceptional. Thomas and Linda were very proactive in helping me get the units. I ordered a unit Friday night and I got a call back Saturday by noon to pick up the access codes. While I’m there, they were helpful in answering every question I have.

Ohmygoodness! Thomas and Linda have been so incredibly helpful that they have taken some stress away from moving. They are friendly, communicative, and respond quickly. If you have any questions, they are more than happy to help. I’m moving from NorCal to SoCal so I don’t get the luxury of checking out the storage units in person. I have to rely on reviews and if you are on the fence about where to go, go here! They have been informative and even provided a map of their facility for me since I haven’t been there yet.
