Our facility has 556 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 20’x 20,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. And to make your move easier, we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and moving carts for interior units. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. I needed a storage unit fast back in April and was well taken care of, I didn't think it could get any better until I needed to move onto a smaller unit. A smaller unit was found within 20' of my large one making the move easier and much faster since I was doing it by my self. Thanks guys!!!

The ExtraSpace Storage facility at 2715 Dublin Blvd in Colorado Springs came highly recommended to me. From the minute I arrived there I was made to feel like a "Home Sweet Home" experience. The welcome, the rental process, and the facility tour were all congenial and very friendly. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the facility and the access to free provided moving carts and nearby trash bins to assist me with my storage experience. Bravo ExtraSpace!

I recommend Extra Space Storage on Dublin to anyone who has a business and needs storage space. I do advertising for supermarkets and need to work either early in the morning or later in the evening. Extra Space has the best gate hours (6am-10pm) I found when looking for a unit. Plus Extra Space allows UPS to deliver my materials directly to my unit and places them inside at no cost. The facility is spotless and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love it!

This site is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. Unit was clean when I moved into it and they keep the facility clean day to day. I paid my rental fee on time. Days later, I was able to find a home in to which to move my stored items. Although I paid on 6/28/11 and vacated the 10X20 Unit on July 12, 2011, I only received a few dollars back on the insurance coverage. I think it is unfair to charge for the whole month, when only 13 days were used. This is no reflection on the office staff, as I believe it is not up to their discretion. However, I would hesitate to rent storage in the future based on receiving NO refund for the majority of the unused days in July.
