We also have storage spaces for RVs, cars, motorcycles, boats and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. And to make your move easier, we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, bright lighting, moving carts for interior units and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. Super friendly staff and convienient location and times. My only issue in one of the three different times I have rented space here was that a space was promised to be swept and ready and it wasnt. We happened to have a broom, so no biggie. I would rent again in the future.

The facility is convenient and in a good location. My only criticism is that for a climate controlled indoor environment the temperature seems cold. This is during March and April. But perhaps the humidity level is balanced to protect our treasures.

I tried to book online b/c the rates are better. I had numerous difficulties with the site. I called the 800 #. The CSR was very pleasant and helpful. We confirmed the rates and hours. Once I visited to location to complete the paperwork -- the helpfulness and friendliness ended. We were not greeted when we entered the office. There were no other customers, just one staff. She seemed irritated and didnt smile. We were shown our location via a golf cart, which was very nice. I would go here again, simply bc of the location. I recd a call that a pmt was not recd. Apparently it is an email; and I never recd it. The $10 late fee is steep.

I'm very pleased I chose Extra Space for my storage unit. From the street, it looks clean and orderly. Inside the fence, it feels safe. I've never worried about leaving things in my storage unit. Most especially, I've never worried about who's around when I'm loading or unloading boxes. The staff is very good -- quick with answers and to update my account.

This facility is very clean, always have the cart in the place near the door, so you can easily take it and star put thing in the storage. When you enter the light immediately turn on and the radio made the environment no so scary (because you are alone in this big building)

When I started using Extra Space Storage I was treated with respect and a willingness to show that they considered customer satisfaction a top priority. Throughout the year everything continued to impress me. In the winter the snow was plowed well, In the summer the climate controlled building was kept at the proper temperature. Maintenance is kept up properly. I am comfortable knowing that my storage is safe as I continue into my second year.
