I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Cameron was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. When I noticed a slight rate increase, I gave them a call, and they were willing to work with me, which I really appreciated. The facility is always easy to access, the gate consistently works, and I’ve never had any issues with my unit. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, the entire process has been smooth, and I’m very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!
