Extra Space Storage of Miami, Florida offers superior, bilingual (Spanish) customer service and we give businesses and residents a wide variety of options for the storage of anything from a few boxes, to a room full of furniture, to a boat. We are conveniently located off Florida Turnpike on 135 Avenue close to 56th Street. Our facility has 857 self-storage units ranging in size from 3’x 4’ to 10’x 25’ and storage spaces for RVs, cars, boats and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, moving carts for interior units, passenger elevators and drive-up units. Our 24-hour gate access is longer than most other storage facilities and allows you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy recreating at McMillan Park, the Everglades and Kenaleby Lakes Country Club. Because of our proximity to Florida International University, many students store with us either long-term or while in transition. We have successfully served the communities of Bent Tree, Miller Dreams, Royal Green and Miami since 2005. The facility has good prices. Has an easy acces to the location. Personnel is very competent and nice with the customers. The only thing I have to say negative is that there is no AC in the units and it is really hot in there. For people who need AC for their stuff ask first. Other than that the place is good.

No need to look any further!!! This store has amazing and friendly staff who provide great customer service. The facility is always clean and are in the perfect location. The staff are knowledgable and time efficient. They know their stuff! They were able to answer all my questions and even offered to show me a unit when the weather was less than great. These gentelmen are not only pleasing to the eye, but really do care about their customers. While waiting to be attended, I was overhearing a conversation between the office manager and a client. The customer was distraught about their current situation and the manager was able to console the client. The client walked in crying and they walked out with a smile. I think I found you guys a new motto... EXTRA SPACE STORAGE A FACILITY ABOVE THE REST!!!

The facility is clean and convenient for me. The cost has gone up since I first started using the storage but so far still affordable. I find having the convenience of this storage facility great for a quick stop to pick up or drop off items. My storage room is always cool and clean. I don't worry about my safety as the security gate ensures that. I love being able to pay on line every month. Mostly, I love the lower monthly fee as opposed to other storage companies. I used two others and this one is lowest by far.
