I actually have three units with Extra Space. I have two in Nokomis & one in Venice (only because Lilly had none the size I needed.
The faculity is close & clean and I have rented elsewhere and really these are the nicest.

I have had a storage unit at this facility for the past ten years, long before it became an Extra Space Storage facility. (This facility was previously Quality Self Storage-Nokomis.) Recently, I added several units to accommodate the overflow from unexpected circumstances in my life. I could not have asked for a more caring person than Lily to help make my overwhelming experience less stressful. For the past few months, I have been working my way down to "only" one or two units and, as always, Lily and her staff are helping to make my adjustments as painless as possible.
Rest assured, this facility is always kept exceptionally clean. You will not be disappointed if you bring your belongings to this facility for secure, clean and convenient safekeeping.
Oh, by the way...you will always find cookies, candy, and water in the office. That may not mean much to some people; but, to me, it's another "welcome sign" that is always evident at this storage facility!

Above and beyond is the best way to describe ExtraSpace in Nokomis!! The grounds are always kept up, clean and secure, the office is always clean and inviting, and the the employees are fantastic. They truly make you feel like family, asking how you are and always genuinely concerned. I have rented from several that carry the same name, but none of them go above and beyond, taking that extra step, like ExtraSpace in Nokomis.... I highly recommend ExtraSpace in Nokomis

I've been a customer since 2005.The Nokomis facilty is SUPER clean,
the grounds,entrance gate and interiors are immaculate and in top notch shape.The office and rest room is also spotless.I have never seen even a piece of paper on the grounds,because of your manager,LILY.She is constantly buzzing around, tending to every detail and keeping Nokomis Extra Space as clean as her home.Lily is so personable while taking care of business.It is a real pleasure doing busness with someone who shows a genuine interest in people and pride in her work.I have recommended Nokomis facilty to several people and will continue to do so.

I have 2 storage units in this facility and have been totally satisfied for the 6 - 7 years that I have rented here. It is always clean and bug-free and the temperature is consistently cool and humidity controlled so that I am not worried about any damage to temperature or moisture sensitive items I am storing. It has easy access and is very convenient for my needs. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I have referred numerous friends, including some that come here only for the winter season. They store their items year round until they come down to Florida. They have thanked me for referring them. I highly recommend the Nokomis Extra Space Storage facility!

There are numerous facilities to choose from when storing, but, because of the staff, and there deep concern for us personally, we couyld not possibly ever considering other facilities to handle the support we require from a storage facility. We've paying you folks over $ 400.00 a month for ten years, and again, it has always been "LIL," our lady who treats us like family, no matter the requirement wanted. Of course facility facilities are important, but for this husband and wife team, it is the people who care for us, and that of their personal care for us that makes so proud, and honored to do business with such team of professionials. Period!

It is staffed with the friendliest, most helpful people around! They even offered to help me move my things from one unit to another! Now that is going above and beyond the call of duty! In addition, the grounds and office are immaculate and there are always flowers and candy in the office.

As a long term customer I have needed some assistance with different things.On every occasion the staff has been so pleasant
while providing me with the solution.One year ,at Christmas,I had a special girft that I hide in my unit until Christamas Eve.I planned to go by the unit after work ,wrap it and place it under our Christmas tree late at night.Unfortunately for me, I forgot due to the holiday, the facilty had closed early.So I was most upset that my "special" gift would not be opened on Christmas morning.I felt my entire holiday would be ruined.But wait! I saw a phone number on the door for after hours,called it and to my surprise had reached the owner! He was most sympathetic.He called the local manger and I got my gift.
