Updated All old & new staff members has been wonderful over the years.Always provide great customer service. This is my storage location no matter how far I have to travel to get here car or bus. I rent every year from this location. Always clean and first time I've been to a storage unit that's clean and keeps it clean. No problem with Bugs at all. THERE AWESOME AND WORTH THE DRIVE. Justin is awesome Ashley was great she was very polite and assisted me very well in obtaining my unit and answered all my questions very great place I am happy to be here

I’ve been a customer at this particular Extra Space for some years now. Usually most reviews probably seem the same, focusing on pricing, cleanliness, ease of access, etc. However, today I’d like to focus purely on the customer service. Some days ago, a friend was over testing a cheap drone he purchased to get some practice in before he dedicated an investment into a real one. Well, unfortunately for us, the drone was so lightweight that a small breeze carried it away into the storage unit next door. We’re talking 3MPH lol. Distraught but hopeful, we went next door to explain the situation and hope that we could borrow a ladder, as I was a renter, to check the rooftops out. Omare took it a step further and came out into the boiling sun with us to help take a look. He climbed the ladder himself and scoured the rooftops. While we were not lucky enough to find the drone, we are appreciative of the extra length he went to to help us out he could have told us no, or sent us off on our own to look but he took time out his day to help. I truly believe he would have done the same whether I was a paying customer or not. Extra Space Storage has earned my business! Update: Editing this review to include another exceptional employee, Heather. We ended up needing a bigger storage unit, and the size we needed was unavailable at the time, so we opted to move to a different Extra Space Storage down the road. Heather followed up even before I confirmed move out and processed it for us and she fought to ensure we were charged appropriately since we were moving out so close to our payment date. By all means, if they had the space at the time we needed it, we would have stayed!
