From the move in to move out the staff was always helpful and pleasant to work with. I recommend looking at the online rates. Even after the promotional period ended it was more affordable than other storage companies. I felt my things were in a safe, clean place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank You!!

Need to have more carts available. Very frustrating when one customer uses all the carts. The elevators tend to not always work but when they are working eey easy to manage items up and down to other floors. Only other negative thing is how the prices go up quickly. Would be nice to have a set fee no matter how long you are there or only to raise them once a year. The positive was that it was kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful!

I chose Extra Space Storage cause it is brand new and close to my house. I search around and this was more reasonable and found out later that reserving a unit was even better. I had some issues and I told Erin about them she was very understanding and very helpful I really appreciate her help. Erin is a very good manager she’s got a great smile, very respectful, very patient, and very curious. The office area is nice and clean a warm and welcoming environment I met one of her employee’s there as well nice and respectful, the storage space is nice and clean, carts available when needed. I want to thank Erin and her staff for doing a wonderful job keep up the good work.

I am really appreciative for the time you ( Mikki) and the staff take time from your day, to make sure that our units are secure, by double checking the locks. The dock is very clean, just in case a belonging has to be put down for adjustments. I also like the fact that they know you by name and greet you with a smile and kind word, and this is when they see you within the community. I like this facility because of the way staff is there to help anyway they can. Thank you team!
