Our facility has 534 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 20’x 20’ and indoor and outdoor spaces for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, a manager who lives onsite and secured gates. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve incorporated convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, a simplified system to save you time. Since the 1970s, and as a part of the Extra Space Storage family since 2005, we have been serving the areas of Martin City, Bel-Ray, Hickman Hills, Ruskin, Ray-Pec, Belton, Grandview, Kansas City, Lees Summit and Overland Park. Many of our customers enjoy fishing and waterskiing at Longview Lake and hiking the Blue river trails. Grandview is also home to the Harry S. Truman Farm, just two miles from our facility and the nearby International House of Prayer, a large religious conference center.
