Extra Space Storage of Albuquerque, New Mexico has state-of-the-art security and gives businesses, military personnel, students and individuals a wide variety of options for the storage of anything from a few boxes, to a room full of furniture, to a boat. We are located on Calle Cuervo off of Corrales and Alameda Road behind the Sunflower Market. Just six miles from I-25, the Cottonwood Mall is less than a mile from us and we are close to the University of New Mexico and 15 miles from the Kirtland Air Force Base. Because of our proximity to the base and the university, many military personnel and students store with us either long-term or while in transition. Our facility has more than 500 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 30’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. We also have 31 storage spaces for RVs, boats, trailers and cars. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, individually alarmed units and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like a loading bay and drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks. We also offer DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save time. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy recreating at the nearby Rio Grande River and the Sandia Ski Resort. We have successfully served the communities of Corrales, Northwest Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Intel, HP, Cottonwood, Taylor Ranch, Bernalillo, Albuquerque, Corrales and Rio Rancho since 2006.
