GREAT EMPLOYEES, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT FACILITY! I rented here because of the two women in the office, both are very friendly and seem like they know what they are talking about. I am a big shopper and believe in getting the best deal but the customer service is what ultimately made me rent here. I would definitely recommend renting from here.

I went in to Extra space looking for the best deal (im on a fixed income) The young lady Alisa whom helped me was wonderful and very insightful and made me feel welcomed. I was looking for something cheap and fast. The prices were a little over my budget but she kept trying to find the best price for me. I was shown multiple units within my price range but just didn't work out to my advantage! I would definately recommend renting from Extra Space Storage. One more thing they keep the property very clean and secure! Great job Extra Space!

I recently was faced with a mid-life crisis and had to move out of my apartment and put all my belongings in storage. I went to ExtraSpace's website, requested a quote, and the same day got a phone call from Nina, a nice lady who advised me on the availability of a locker that would fit my needs. The next day I went and met Nina and she showed me the storage locker my stuff would be in. She advised me to buy a lock and some boxes, which I didn't need, but since she was nice I decided to buy a box anyway. The first month was "free" other than the required monthly insurance fee, which is about 8 bucks. I digitally signed the terms and conditions displayed on her computer screen and within minutes I had a gate access code and was storing stuff in my unit. The unit itself was very clean and in good condition. No dust or anything. Another nice thing about ExtraSpace is that the management personally checks everyone's lock on a daily basis to make sure no tampering or security breach has taken place. Now that I have all my belongings in storage here, I am a lot less stressed! Let's just hope my unit doesn't end up on an episode of Storage Wars.

I have used storage units for years but these are by far the cleanest kept storage units ever. Nina and her staff see to it that they are kept top notch. They are also the most accommodating and friendly people I've ever met and no matter how big or small the request, they are ever so happy to assure you are a satisfied customer. I'm so happy with the quality of unit and service of staff that I have rented numerous times and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I really have peace of mind with the 24/7 security aspect of the facility.

Thanks to the quick thinking staff at this location, when I left from my unit open and forgot to put the lock back on they called right away. They also secured the unit with a lock and a numbered tag until I returned.Thanks! That’s security and customer service.

I have been a this storage facility for about 2 years now and just wanted you all to know that the supevisor there Nina is the ultimate in Customer Service!!! The facility is ALWAYS clean and my unit area is always clean and fresh. It is obvious that this lady is serious about her job and this company as well. I was planning my move from New York I needed a storage that a large 53 ft moving truck could access. There was no problem I was told. When I got there to my surprise the moving truck was able to pull up within feet of my unit. No problem was right. The staff is great and the unit and property really are very clean. Good job!
