Conveniently located off of I-5, exit 125, we are just a few miles from the main entrance of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, the largest Air Force and Army base in the continental US. Known as the military specialists, our management team has experience working with military personnel and we specialize in knowing what additional needs they may have. Our facility has more than 600 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 12’x 30’ as well as ample car, motorcycle and RV parking with 16 outdoor units and nearly 25 drive-up units. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. We are proud to announce an outstanding track record in security. Our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, a manager who lives onsite and a coded elevator allowing customers access only to the floor where their unit is located. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like a free move-in truck and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, a simplified system to save you time. We have been successfully serving the military community and the nearby areas of Lakewood, Spanaway, Tacoma, Dupont, Tillacum, Steilacoom, Fort Lewis-McChord, Parkland and University Place since 2003. This storage space is perfectly fine. I mean, it's clean and convenient, which is great. I personally think it costs too much for the services rendered. I'm paying $165 a month for a 10by10 room. Seems a little steep to me.
