Several years ago, I read where a cook at a hotel restaurant on Bali went way above and beyond his duties and provided exceptionally fabulous customer service.

This man was a head cook for a restaurant at a hotel on Bali. One family who made reservations to stay at the hotel had a young son who had milk allergies. The boy could only drink goat’s milk. The boy’s mother had packed his special goat milk but the airline lost their luggage and thus lost the goat’s milk. [More]

People often times have a hard time figuring out what their purpose in life is going to be. Some folks are lucky enough to know it from an early age. Do Movies Reflect Real LIfe?

by Winnie Hsiu June 28, 2012 10:08 AM
As managers and owners of self storage facilities, you face myriads of problems day-in and day-out: lackluster performing employees, renters who are late with their payments, unhappy customers. However, you are probably never locked inside your own facility being chased by a voracious alien predator. At least I don’t think you have!

by Holly Robinson June 27, 2012 9:11 PM
Mother Nature can be very strong and extremely destructive at times. We have absolutely no control over these acts of God. The forces are incredibly strong, very destructive, and largely unpredictable. During the Information Age there is one thing that you can count on. If there is an injustice or something bad going on in the world, someone, somewhere will be informed about it. As long as he/she/they have access to a computer and an internet signal they will do their best to inform the rest of the world about whatever it is. [More]

Have you ever participated in a progressive dinner party? That is where guests go to the first home and eat appetizers. Then, they go to another home for a salad. Then they go to another home for the main course and yet another home for the desert. It’s a fun way to spend an evening dining with a group of your friends.

Another Attic Self Storage has taken this progressive dinner party ‘principle’ and is applying it to a charity storage unit auction that they will be holding this coming Friday June 29. [More]
