I have worked for companies that held annual retreats. Usually, one or two of the activities during the retreats were good but many of them weren’t. I remember one retreat in particular. Everyone had to attend a session where the folks from the purchasing department talked about purchasing protocol. My whole department never made purchases so the content didn’t apply to us.
