Reading a book is a past time that is in danger of becoming a thing of the past. Electronic devices have made carrying a paperback or hardback book around almost archaic. However, until those devices cost less than the average paperback there will always be a need for books somewhere by someone. The only self storage facility in Kawerau, New Zealand, is up for sale. It will be auctioned on March 6, 2013 – unless a private investor steps in to purchase it.
Kawerau Secure Storage has been owned and operated by the current owners since 2005. It has 102 units and has a 60% occupancy rate. The facility sits on a 4,697 square meter parcel of land. [More]
