by Tony Gonzalez February 28, 2014 11:07 PM
Opening a business—self storage and otherwise--of any kind is a big step in life; one that can come crashing down real hard if you fail to do one real important thing. Today is National Tooth Fairy Day

by Holly Robinson February 28, 2014 11:31 AM
In my Twitter feed this morning, I learned that today is National Tooth Fairy Day. WTVY in Dothan, Alabama, did a little news story and told experiences about the tooth fairy that people shared with them. One person told how she took her grandmother’s false teeth and put them under her pillow in hopes to make lots of money from the tooth fairy. Her grandmother was very mad but the young girl still made $5. [More]

Have you ever seen a gas ‘war’ going on? A gas station on one side of the street slightly lowers their price of gas to attract customers. Probably not, and as much as modern technology has become engrained in our personal lives the same could be said for most businesses—self storage and otherwise. [More]

There is Nothing Like a Good Storage War to Help Our Furry Friends Out

by John Stevens February 25, 2014 11:23 PM
Storage Wars is a term that the popular television show has coined, but it is not the only meaning of the phrase. There are, however, self storage facilities that engage in a form of ‘humane’ war each and every year. [More]

by John Stevens February 24, 2014 11:03 PM
Moving sucks. There is no fun to be had in packing, loading up a truck, and then unloading when you get to your destination (wherever it is).
