Dealing with Difficult Customers

Demanding customers. Angry customers. Unhappy customers. Customers finagling to get the best deal possible. As owners and managers of self storage facilities, you have probably seen all types of customers. At times, you might feel that you would like to strangle the person who came up with the phrase “the customer is always right.”
