If I gave you one string, you could probably break it without any problem. If I gave you a rope (which is made out of many strings wound tightly together), you would have a difficult time breaking it. Joining strings together make them stronger. The same principle applies to people and events. When they join their efforts, those efforts are stronger and benefit more people.

Southern Self Storage Expanding in Port Richey, Florida

Southern Self Storage recently acquired a facility in Port Richey, Florida, located on 6647 Embassy Blvd. The facility was originally Embassy One U-Store. The facility has over 52,000 square feet.

“This facility has many of the qualities that we look for,” says Regional Manager Donald Toler. “It’s centrally located and already has a great tenant base that we can build on. The facility has 461 units with approximately 70% air conditioned space to non-air conditioned space which is an ideal mix that we typically look for.” [More]

Southern Self Storage, based in Florida, recently held a “Storage Wars Auction For Our Troops” event. This auction was based on the TV show Storage Wars. Units filled with high quality items were auctioned off to attendees. The auction raised $5,200, which will be donated to the Forgotten Soldiers Outreach Inc. program. [More]

In Sarasota, Florida, Quality Self Storage purchased a self storage facility for $1.7 million dollars. This amount is almost half of the price that it was valued at eight years ago in 2004. The current owner paid $3.28 million for the business at that time. The facility has over 93,000 square-feet and was built 39 years ago.
