Coaches of the better sports teams always fear one thing; two if you count injuries. Besides seeing guys get hurt, they fear that their team will become complacent. Many adults feel like they are just one person and as only one person they can’t do much to make a difference in the world. It is amazing that some young school-aged children don’t have that attitude. Because they don’t, they have been effective in creating a successful recycling activity that has raised over $2,000 and donated the money to an organization that supports public schools.

It is four days before Halloween. I know many people that think it is awful to see Christmas decorations in the stores before Halloween. But they feel totally different when it comes to Toys for Tots. Their ‘Scrooge’ heart melts and they want to help so that needy children can have a good Christmas. [More]

Storage Giant, in Cardiff, Wales, announced the winner of their contest to win an iPad. Margaret Bell, from Cardiff, was picked at random as the winner.
Storage Giant kicked off the contest August 9, 2013. To enter it, people just had to ‘like’ or ‘share’ Storage Giant’s Facebook page. They were then automatically entered in the contest. Over 2,00 people entered it. [More]

Everyone has their own definition and perception of beauty; as the saying goes it is in the eye of the beholder. The same could be said for art. Manhattan Mini Storage is also known for their unique customers. Remember the ‘crazy piano guy?’ The guy who stored several dismantled grand pianos at Manhattan Mini Storage and then on fair weather days wheeled out a dismantled grand piano, put it back together and then played it?
