Red Mountain Storage in Boulder City, Nevada, recently sold for over $5.2 million. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services was the company that arranged the sale.

Red Mountain Storage has 11,913 square-feet. Built in 2000, it sits on approximately five acres at 1675 Nevada Highway in Boulder City. Another section was added to the self storage facility in 2006. [More]
