SpareFoot Wins Bronze Stevie Award

The Stevie Awards recently announced that SpareFoot Storage Finder won the bronze award from the 2014 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. SpareFoot was one of eight finalists in the customer service category. SpareFoot was up against other finalists such as the Wyndham Vacation Ownership and the United States Equestrian Federation. Their competition was stiff so it was a great honor that they received the bronze award. [More]

The design, functionality, esthetically appealing structure, and attractive landscaping were factors that were considered for this award. University Self Storage Receives Excellent Customer Service Award

If a student in school receives a 100% on an assignment, that means that the student got every single question right. If a business gets a 100% on a customer survey, that means that they, too, got everything right according to their female customers’ expectations.

University Self Storage in Sarasota, Florida, received the Women’s Choice Award® given out by WomenCertified ®. The award was based on a customer satisfaction survey recently conducted by WomenCertified using the University Self Storage’s customer database. And ultimately, they got 100% on the survey. [More]

Extra Space Storage Earns an Award

A while back, a friend told me about an award that one of his co-workers received at his place of work. Management gave the person a leadership award and extolled him as a great leader. However, the rank and file workers who worked underneath him had a different perspective. None felt that he was a good leader. They all thought the award was ludicrous. To them, it was laughable that the fellow even received the leadership award. [More]
