When it comes to many things in life proper planning is the key to successful execution from giving the big presentation to enjoying the big game to just getting to work on time every morning. Failure to do so can result in losing your job or not getting the big promotion, missing the big play as you run to the kitchen for more chips, or being late to work and getting stuck in traffic.
It can also mean not selling your house or condominium as quick as you might like either. The repercussions there can hit you rather hard in the one place most of us can’t afford, the bank account. Even if you have paid off your home most people still have to deal with property taxes and a home owner’s association fee—and for a place you may not even be living in anymore!
