SiteLink, a developer of software for self storage facilities, announced that they have released the next version of their free online training tools. SiteLink is a powerful program that single- and multi-facility owners use to manage and track their business.
The updated online training tools have an improved user interface and navigation that uses icons and is based on the online program. The icons are linked to over 200 training videos and cover features such as move-ins and move-outs, payments, in-store merchandise purchased, walk-ins, daily close-out, and billing.
Jim Ferguson, SiteLink's marketing manager said, "Clients often mention they only use a handful of any software program's features. Our training videos have allowed SiteLink customers to master almost 100% of features in Web Edition."
In the past, many visitors have used the online training each month. That number will be increasing. "The success of our videos has exceeded our expectations," said Markus Hecker, SiteLink's COO. "Adding a menu-driven look builds on the growing number of videos and sheer volume of thousands of viewers each month."
Storage facility owners who use the program like the access of online training. They don't have to use the call-line for help and can use the online training any time of the day and any day of the week when it is convenient for them. "I am a big fan of the webinars and the training needs they answer," said Cara Massie of Paradise Storage, LLC. "I am always amazed at the functions that Web Edition offers that I haven't been using."
The SiteLink Web Edition is widely used around the world with over 5,000 installations world-wide. Over 65 of the top 100 operators use it because it is user-friendly, highly scalable, and easy to install and set up. "SiteLink is the best tool on the market," said Sam Dias of Best Florida Storage.
SiteLink will have a booth at the Self-Storage Association Conference and Trade Show in Las Vegas. The conference is September 6th through the 9th in Caesars Palace. They will be in booths 415, 417, and 419. They will also hold a roundtable titled "Use the Latest in Technology to Gain Rentals in Today's Economy" on September 7th from 2:35 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. and on September 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.
