Inside Self Storage recently conducted an opinion poll among storage facility owners and operators around the world. Over 1,000 people participated in the Best-of Business campaign providing their feedback on various software programs. Over 45 different software programs were compared and SiteLink Web Edition won the award in the software category of Best-of-Business Award.

There were many features that self storage owners liked that earned the software this award. Many users like that the software was web-based. Because it is web-based, it is easier for the company to make updates and users are not stuck with computer-based software that is outdated. Businesses who used the program also liked the user-friendly and reliable design of the online software.
Other popular features include integration with smart phones, listing services, and INSOMNIAC KIOSKS. Revenue management, e-mail and texting capabilities, scalability, and ease of use were also important features. Users also liked the low cost.

The Best of Business Award will be presented at the upcoming ISS World Expo. The Expo will be held in Tacoma, Washington, October 4th through the 6th 2011. Expo visitors can talk with SiteLink representatives in booth 311. SiteLink will also host a roundtable "Use the Latest in Technology to Gain Rentals in Today's Economy" on October 5th from 5:00PM until 6:00PM.
