STORE Self Storage & Wine Storage will host their monthly Networking in the Gardens meeting this coming Friday, October 21. It will be held in the storage facility's board room at 11010 N. Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens. The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. and will conclude at 9:00 a.m. so that participants can then go to their place of employment.
Networking in the Gardens is a leading networking activity for business owners and employees in the area of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Those in attendance are encouraged to meet and mingle with those who are newcomers and with other business people who have previously been in attendance.
The purpose of the networking event is to get to know other business people in the community and to form alliances that are beneficial to all parties involved.
At the beginning of the event, those who are new attendees are asked to share a short, one-minute description about their business. This provides others with a brief introduction so they can understand what the newcomers do.
Then, three people, who had been asked the previous month, will discuss their business, explain in more detail what their company does and what it has to offer to the other business owners and the community.
Afterwards, STORE Self Storage will provide a tour of their wine cellar and other amenities.
The cost for the breakfast is $5 and is taken at the door. Exact change is requested. Left over monies are donated to a charity every 6 months.
STORE Self Storage & Wine Storage also held a Success Connector seminar this morning led by Gladys Clancy. Attendees learned how to identify ideal customers and engage them, how to eliminate rejection, and how to reduce customer resistance. Tips on avoiding networking blunders were also discussed. Advice was given on making compelling offers and developing strategic partnerships.
Clancy shared secrets on how to get more accomplished and the eight essential steps to take charge of your business, your life, and how to turn your passion into profits.
