Storage Post Renovates a Recently Acquired Facility

by Kim Kilpatrick July 20, 2012 3:53 PM

When one business acquires another business, there are a lot of things to do to adapt the new company into the existing one. One item on the to-do list is to bring the newly acquired business under the branding of the business that made the purchase. Such is the case for Storage Post. They recently finished renovations of a facility that they purchased in Louisiana.

The facility is on River Road in Jefferson, Louisiana. Storage Post gave the facility a new paint job -- bold green, vibrant yellow, and bright white -- which follows the company's color scheme. They also put up a new exterior sign in front of their business. They installed new roll-up doors and also improved and updated the landscaping.

Storage Post is very dedicated to providing the best security possible for their facilities. They installed an advanced 24-hour video-recording security system to this new facility.

"Our buildings are our most effective marketing vehicles. We invest in our properties and consider them focal points of the community," said Jack Chaney, Storage Post chief operating officer. "The goal is to consistently showcase bright and updated facilities, paired with a friendly staff so that our customers have a positive storage experience."

Storage Post recently rebranded a facility in New Hyde Park in New York. They added their green and yellow paint to various parts of the facility. Because of the high-visibility of the location, Storage Post prominently displayed their logo on the side of the building. The logo letters are internally illuminated making the sign highly visibility at night.

In addition to the renovation of the newly purchased facility in Louisiana, Storage Post will make sure that they have rates that are competitive, have a clean facility, and offer online bill paying. They will also offer packing and moving supplies.

Storage Post is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.  It was founded in 1989 by Bruce C. Roch, Jr. He has gathered an executive leadership team that has more that has 55 years of experience in the industry. Storage Post has facilities in Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, and New York. They are looking to expand their portfolio. If anyone in those states and in Florida are interested in selling their storage facility, please contact them by phoning 877-674-6777 or sending an e-mail to acquisitions@storagepost.com.
