Excellent! We had our stuff in storage at Extra Space on Monroe Rd in Charlotte NC for almost a year and the service, cleanliness and convenient access were outstanding! We are finally moving into our new place, and will put the rest of our stuff from out of town at this Extra Space Storage again when we bring it back! Christopher’s service was impecable!! This was one of the easiest rentals I’ve ever had. Chris was so pleasant and helpful. It’s all climate control, and inside so that makes me feel safe if I have to go night. Unit is exactly the size I needed and very affordable Check them out good people Well worth the time and your money

The store manager, Chris, was very helpful (and very patient with our two energetic kids). He showed us multiple options, explained the pricing and options, and took the time to make sure we were happy with everything and understood all the paperwork. It was a great initial experience!
