Having been a customer at this Extra Space location for nearly 7 years, we’ve had nothing but excellent service from the company and its employees. We had some administrative questions and a couple of changes to take care of recently, and Stephen and Darlene were very responsive and helpful. In fact, Stephen has always been a great help to us ever since he has arrived at this location. We appreciate the personal interest he has taken in ensuring the security of our personal property, including phone calls when he has found that I forgot to lock up. He is a major reason we are such loyal customers to the company and to this specific location in particular.
