  • Noah Springer SVP,
    Asset and Third Party Management

    Noah joined Extra Space Storage in 2006, after several years in the banking industry. His initial responsibility was to acquire the third-party managed contracts from the newly acquired Storage USA portfolio. After working with many managed partners, and negotiating agreements for Extra Space Storage to begin operating their sites, Noah helped create ManagementPlus, the third-party management platform. Under Noah’s leadership, ManagementPlus became the sector’s largest third-party managed portfolio just three years after its formation.

    In addition to overseeing ManagementPlus, Noah oversees the Asset Management and Construction Departments at Extra Space. This includes all value-add projects, commercial revenues and joint ventures.

    Noah has a Finance degree and an MBA from the University of Utah. Noah, a self-proclaimed "farm boy" from Illinois, lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and three children.

  • Eric Bishop-Berry Director,
    Third Party Management

    Eric Bishop-Berry joined Extra Space Storage in 2014, with the initial responsibility of managing day to day activities with large third-party management accounts. Eric has since transitioned to focusing his efforts on the continued growth of EXR’s management platform. In particular, Eric devotes his time to actively growing EXR’s management of newly developed self-storage facilities.

    Eric has his Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University and B.S. in Environmental Planning from Plymouth State University. Prior to EXR Storage, Eric worked in the Salt Lake City office of CBRE. Eric, a New Hampshire native, lives in Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoys fly fishing and skiing.

  • Aaron Lubeck Sr. Manager,
    Third Party Management

    Aaron Lubeck joined Extra Space in 2014 after several years in commercial banking and consulting. His initial role at Extra Space was in the acquisitions group where he valued self storage assets and worked to negotiate and purchase self storage properties to bring into EXR’s portfolio. Aaron now focuses his efforts to grow EXR’s management portfolio and provide value to partners.

    Mr. Lubeck has an undergraduate degree in finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Aaron lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and son. Other than storage, Aaron enjoys biking, soccer, and spending time with family.

  • Dylan Taylor Manager,
    Third Party Management

    Dylan Taylor joined Extra Space Storage in 2015 as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships. He currently serves as the point of contact for large 3rd party management groups and institutional investors. Before joining Extra Space Dylan worked in property management for 8 years, most recently as a General Manager at a large multifamily complex. Prior to that he was an Assistant General Manager at a luxury ski development in Park City, UT. Through these positions Dylan has gained significant experience in asset management, budgeting and capital improvement projects.

    Dylan graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors in Public Relations and minor in Japanese. He currently lives in Salt Lake City with his beautiful wife and two children. He enjoys dirt bikes, snowboarding and having fun in the outdoors with his family.

  • Clint Stevenson Manager,
    Third Party Management

    Clint has an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Redlands in southern California. He has been with Extra Space Storage since 2016 and was a Division Learning Manager overseeing the learning and development of 10 Districts over 7 states.

    Prior to working at Extra Space Storage, Clint worked for the Larry H. Miller Corporation. He currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and three kids and enjoys playing water polo and spending time with his family.

  • Michael Baillargeon Manager,
    Third Party Management

    Michael has been with Extra Space Storage since 2009, after nearly a decade managing operations for another self-storage REIT. From 2010 through 2016, Michael opened the North Carolina market, expanded the South Carolina market, and worked with dozens of partners in each to grow Extra Space Storage’s operational footprint. In 2017, Michael relocated with his family to Salt Lake City and joined the ManagementPlus team as a Third-Party Manager.

    Michael has his B.A. in political science from the College of the Holy Cross and is pursuing his MBA at Sam Houston State University in his spare time. Michael is a Massachusetts native who lives in Herriman, Utah with his wife, four boys and two dogs.
