Just rented a storage unit from this location (Elliot Rd. and 101 Chandler AZ). The Company Rep made the process quick and easy. He was polite and professional at all times while explaining the terms & conditions and filling out the contract. He answered all my questions/concerns in a reassuring manner and offered tips and advice on subjects that had not occurred to me at the time.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The late fees for being just a few days past due are about $70. Look for another storage facility that doesn't gorge themselves on late fees.

This is by far the worst storage facility I have ever used! They charge outrageous late fees of $40 if you are 5 days late and will slap you with an auction fee of $85 if you are not paid up within 36 days. And then you try to go online to pay your bill and the system says you are not currently renting a unit here and so you can't pay your bill if you wanted to. I am living in North Scottsdale and I have to drive to Chandler to pay the bill in person. The management has changed 4 times since I have been renting here. I cannot wait to get my things out of this storage unit!!

This is a very well-managed facility. Not only are the managers pleasant, professional, and very well informed in the area of moving and storage, but they go out of the way to make it a better experience for you. We moved at noon on the hottest day of the year, and they were so compassionate, offering cold water bottles as we needed them, and with everything, I would absolutely bring my repeat business back and recommend them to friends. Also, I felt the prices were very competitive.
