I spoke with Ashley when applying for my rental unit. Ashley was amazing. She sounded so smart, fun, and bubbly and was extremely patient with me through the whole process, even with me having to speak with her more then once. Facility is nice and the staff are friendly but a 67% rate increase due to "market conditions" after only 3 months is excessive in my opinion.
