2024 - Moved my bike back to AZ in December of 2023. Great price/service. My move to AZ was postponed so I was given a fair rate to extend, not the usual doubling after the introductory rate. It was very appreciated! Easy access and close to the airport, just what I need. 2020 - Carissa was very helpful. I got the space I needed, quickly and at the right price. Great job Carissa!!

Called to rent a storage unit and was helped by one of the most friendly reps. She was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, explained everything step by step, emailed me the lease agreement, esigned and was done! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a storage unit!

Long story short, I just wanna go have an empty unit rented out because of the hospitality treatment that Alex and his team provided no kind of issues whatsoever worked with me on any issues I had without even hesitation I even had a major spill, and it was just one of those days, Was gonna go back and you know let them know what happened but everything was already cleaned up and established. We talked he wasn’t even mad the fact that I under Communicated as the person who caused the spill he just took care of me as one of his tenants. Thank you, Alex.

Shannon was a HUGE help, as well as being very pleasant and conversational. She was having issues with her computer—the available units it showed did not match what she had printed out for that location that morning. I ended up going online and, with her help, got the unit I wanted. She is a very valuable asset to Extra Space Storage—I have rented storage space before, many times, and nearly always the on-site staff had little to no personality. Thankfully this was far from the truth here!
