After being a customer for almost 20 years I have to say this has been an accommodating storage space. I would recommend that people use it it's very clean the staff is very polite and when I needed assistance they were very accommodating.

Great facility, easy to access with Bluetooth entry through the app that is easy to use. Gracie was a huge help with my account and service. Units are clean and lit. I recommend this location if you're in the area.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was FANTASTIC!! Rep Gracie took care of all our needs. The staff was friendly & the facility was clean & safe. I always used this storage company in the past & I’m never disappointed. They r the BEST, especially Gracie.

The staff was great & always polite. However, I had an outside unit & it leaked when it rained. The light never worked & after 4 months, I received notice that my "promotional" rate was increasing almost $80.00 a month. I was never told that it was a promotional rate or I would have gone elsewhere. This is probably why they added that they had "reviewed & adjusted their rates based on current market conditions." I also realized that someone there had mentioned that the rain had flooded the basement in the office & ruined their inventory of moving boxes, etc. Coincidence? Either way, moving is time-consuming & expensive enough without having to deal with poor maintenance & rate increases after only 4 months. I don't know if there are better places out there, but I'd try to find one.
