I was initially just looking to get a quote for a storage unit, but the service mentality is exceptional. Thomas and Linda were very proactive in helping me get the units. I ordered a unit Friday night and I got a call back Saturday by noon to pick up the access codes. While I’m there, they were helpful in answering every question I have.

Ohmygoodness! Thomas and Linda have been so incredibly helpful that they have taken some stress away from moving. They are friendly, communicative, and respond quickly. If you have any questions, they are more than happy to help. I’m moving from NorCal to SoCal so I don’t get the luxury of checking out the storage units in person. I have to rely on reviews and if you are on the fence about where to go, go here! They have been informative and even provided a map of their facility for me since I haven’t been there yet. The Extra Space staff patiently introduced the storage situation and guided me through a tour of the storage. Finally, I completed the order online and conveniently obtained the gate code, unit number. That evening, I placed my belongings in the unit.
