Update: I had a great experience with Malory at the Jamestown location. She was great to speak with & work with when it came to reminder calls, increase in rates etc. Only down side is the rats invaded our items but like any storage facility it’s not for the lack of trying. They have traps everywhere. Overall I would recommend this place because of the great customer service I received As soon as I walked it place smelled like fresh washed linen. Tina helped me and was very hospitable and took care of me and explained everything to me in great detail. Had trouble with the code and they explained how to use the machine to get in. Overall would defiantly recommend this place for all your storage needs

One of the easiest experiences to applaud and write about. This facility, especially the Employee, Malarie, has made my experience extremely easy and comforting.
