I had a fantastic experience with the staff at this facility. Both staff on duty were especially helpful and friendly. Chance made sure that my experience closing out my storage unit was easy and uncomplicated—even when I forgot my key and was traveling from out of state. Thanks, again!

I’ve been renting from ExtraSpace Ventura for years, and so far it’s been great. I went there on 4/5/24, because I had some concerns and the young lady there was nothing less than amazing! Friendly and patient. I definitely recommend ExtraSpace Ventura to neighbors in Ventura.r

My first review was a couple years ago when i got my first unit here, and it felt necessary to post an update. This location has a new management team that deserves praise. Carina the onsite manager is awesome. She has addressed any of my concerns with prompt and professional service. She also takes great pride in the appearance of the property, and is constantly improving the facility everyday, with an emphasis on site security. She and her assistant manager Chance are incredibly professional and ready to be there for all of their customers needs. Thanks Extra Space for choosing this new winning management team!!
