Have only great things to say about this storage unit, especially this location. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. I had monthly automatic payments set up and the rate was increased by their corporate company, but I hadn’t happened to notice until I got a nice call from an employee named Ray, who informed me that she lowered my rate to make up for the fault of the uninformed corporate increase. Very kind.
