Will was absolutely wonderful, informative, provided great customer service and assistance for my first time utilizing a storage unit. The facility was clean the unit was clean and the additional convenience and security of the location was exactly what I was looking for.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Move in and out was very easy. The staff made the final close out very easy.

Nothing but wonderful things to say. Management is beyond courteous and professional. They are always prepared to help in any way they can. If you have any type of issue, they are on it almost before you can ask. The units and surrounding area are very clean and trolleys are usually close by to move your items from car to storage. I have rented here before and will most definitely rent again. Couldn't ask for a better storage facility!! Thanks Will for caring about your facility and the people who rent. It shows!

The gentleman that rented me the space was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got the right space for my needs. I would recommend extra space because of there professional way of doing business. The last place I used for storage should take a trip to extra storage to see how it’s done right!!

Old review: Easy set up! I'm moving from out of town and needed a place to store my property! All I had to do was make a phone call and got everything set up over the phone! Can't wait to move close by and start my new journey! PRESENT DAY MARCH OF 2024 Update!!: It has been 1 full year with this location and I am LOVING IT! I have LOVED my experience here at Extraspace Storage! Will is an AWESOME person! Knows his stuff and makes me feel SAFE!! Because I AM SAFE with Will amd Extraspace Storage! I have valuables that need the up armor protection! The gate is very secure and well guarded!! Even the slightest of issue, or even if they are suspicious of any activity These guys have been so quick and PROFESSIONAL about contacting me!!
