Clean , dry, professional storage location. Competent friendly staff. Bert is the consummate professional, knows her product, is friendly, helpful, and is a pleasure doing business with her. While Brenda is new she seems to be a quick and eager learner. They make a good team.

The Extra Space Storage on Reinhart Rd in Sanford is the CLEANEST storage building I’ve ever seen. The staff is friendly and cordial, experienced and accommodating. I’ve recently rented three units there and it was a breeze. It never took more that 10 minutes to complete the online paper work. If you’re looking for immaculate storage at a very reasonable price with a friendly staff - THIS IS IT!!!!!!!

Facility is well kept and well managed. Staff is excellent. Bert responds promptly to text messages and emails. She was very helpful and efficient during our visits to the facility. Overall, I had a great experience with Extra Space Sanford and would certainly recommend it to other people looking for storage near Sanford or Lake Mary.
