Catherine was very helpful and knowledgeable when making our reservation for a drive up enclosed space for our trailer. I was able to reserve this space several days in advance which was a relief as we travel 3 days to get there and want to be assured the space is available. We have used Extra Space Storage at this location for several years as short term storage while in Sarasota area. It is always a clean facility and their staff is friendly and professional.

Edward was extremely helpful. He drove me to my unit gave me a walked and answered all my question. I dropped my debit card there while moving and he found and held onto it for me til I was able to retrieve it. Thank you very much
