Very clean, well lit and organized facility. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. The price seems reasonable for the product. I would definitely recommend if you need a storage.

Just signed lease yesterday a little too early for me to give it honest full review but I can tell you the facility is very clean on Pasadena Avenue South, Saint Petersburg Florida and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and the process was seamless. I will update this review after at least 3 months.

First of all Having to talk to anyone on the phone is not enjoyable. After pre-booking a unit on the Internet, I received a phone call and really enjoyed talking with Gayle. She acted like she was a co-owner in the company and was more invested in my needs and being thorough about my happinesss and concerns prior to an agreement in booking. Gayle was pleasant and friendly but also made sure I was aware of policies and regulations pertaining to my unit. I appreciated her recognizing my concerns and for that reason I will probably never go anywhere else. I will also tell other people in the area about extra space storage because a lot of people have shady units near here that would be much happier in a clean comfortable environment.

Extra Space Storage and Pasadena should actually be 10 stars! Beautiful, spotless, well lit safe building all indoors. Customer Service is 10 stars as well. Everyone that works there goes out of their way to be helpful to answer questions. It’s unbelievable. I have had bad experiences with public storage, and now I just feel like I’m in heaven.
