I received excellent customer service this afternoon, as usual, from the representative at the 98 Hurricane Shoals Rd, Lawrenceville, GA. Location. The representative is always very professional but most importantly very friendly, courteous, and very helpful in addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that I have. Something I never needed before.I was going to get the wrong size you, but she made sure I got the proper size and even suggested I got all of my moving supplies there. Which was so convenient. She answered all of my 101 questions and never must a beat. She was also very informative, which I appreciated. Give her a PROMOTION NOW because she is THE BEST!!! The entire experience, from first rental to move out, was excellent as far as customer service. Darryl and Quita were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I did have a small rodent problem but realized, with an outside unit, that was a possibility. Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
