Kathleen Grant, manager of Extra Space Storage has always been helpful to me since I moved my stuff into this space in last year on May 2023. I am a full time teacher and I always refer Kathleen Grant from this location because she is a professional, knows what she is doing unlike other locations by this company. Your company is very lucky to have a professional like her because she is very good at helping customers navigate the space for their stuff. Most storage places don't care and for them it is all about meeting their quota met not about the customer's needs. I have referred Kathleen to many of my colleagues.
