The facility is clean and the staff communicated well when I first got the locker. The was November 2021 with a 10x5 was around $55-$60 with taxes. It is now May 2022 and my card was just billed $95. Prices have gone up twice in the 5 months there. I decided to check the web rates again. Same locker is $70. I understand the promotional pricing but will be searching for another storage location.

super friendly staff, clean space with easy access. they raised my rent and didn’t give me the letter notice they said they would BUT that’s a common thing at any location- management at this location was super helpful with getting my money back

Facilities are clean and using the app is easy. My chief issue is that they do not have light sensors to cover all the access areas so you end up standing in a dark hall. It’s inconvenient for me, but I don’t want my wife or daughter going in without me. They are also slow to repair broken items. For example, the ceiling in the elevator has been missing a panel for months.

Theo was amazing at not only explaining storage options/cost, but even willing to show me all units. I felt nothing like seeing space in person to help decide. He offered to sign me up or help reserve. While I didn’t make my decision that moment, I did go online to reserve. Shortly after, I received a call from Theo to complete process. It was very easy seamless process and Theo is amazing! I have no clue about other places, since I didn’t look. Customer service experience is what helps distinguish once service/business from another. Extra space storage definitely has the best employee a customer can ask for!
