Extra Space Storage located at 6005 Airline Drive in Metaire is outstanding. The initial rental process was easy as it could all be handled online. The outside grounds are maintained well and the inside units are kept clean with adequate lighting which is a big plus. Carts are in place to help transport items. The manager Rochelle is a God send. When dealing with the stress of storage in general, one can have a bad day. She has always been pleasant and most importantly very kind and helpful. Just really a nice person! Anyone seeking storage, short or long term, I recommend Extra Space Storage. They can and will meet all your needs.

There are not enough words to describe how awesome Rochelle is. After a phone call asking her help and advice with my unit she made me feel at ease. She helped me access my unit today since I have not been in it in over 8 months. She is professional, detailed but also is compassionate to her clients.
