This is a really good place. Michelle is great and always helpful with any questions we have for our unit. Me and my friends keep our bikes there and she always lets us know to be safe and just a down to earth place. 5 stars

When you have to interact with a customer service provider, you pray to get an individual like Michelle. My experience with Extra Space Storage was beyond simple. Sheila did a great job setting up my storage unit prior to my arrival date on Sun. We did all paperwork over the phone & emailed the contract 4 signature. She ask me to collect personal docs & she called back in 1hr to complete process. Thx u Sheila!
