I have been with extra storage for a month. I previously had or obtained but never moved in to Public storage due to a horrendous experience. I was relocating and needing to store items. I called their customer service at around 6pm got a lovely lady who helped get me signed up told me all about what they offered and set me up. I was able to easily Get into their storage facility, move my stuff in and leave very seamlessly. It is closer to my apartment although there are others closer. The experience has been great so far. The only con I have is they told me to pay multiple months and times in advance to keep my rate as they are subject to change at any time. I have them on auto pay and I am working to pay a few months in advance at a time so the rate raise doesn’t happen. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for that. Other than that option I love my interactions so far with this storage will update after a few of having them

Darnell & Presley are very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your storage unit is exactly what you need. The facility is clean and secure, and someone is always on site even when the office is closed. I would definitely recommend this storage location.
