Usually have no trouble stopping by to visit my unit but today as the bay doors opening a lady comes out and very rudely waves her hand in the air like she’s angry that I’m there, she says they just waxed the floors and that I can’t use the elevator, so I said I’ll just use the stairs, she said that’s fine and I start to back in because the back doors broken, as I’m backing in she says wait what’s your unit? I tell her the number and she says you can’t use those stairs, ok? So then why did you just waste my time telling me I could? Says I can use the back stairs and then makes it sound like I can’t use those either. Why would you wax the floors in the middle of the afternoon when people are most likely to come by?

I am happy I found this facility. It is very clean, brightly-lit and conveniently located. And a really good value. The manager, Kitsha, is very pleasant and efficient. and seems to take great pride in the operation. She's a total star!

Visited the site and the manager Kitsha was actually waxing the floors. This place is so clean and she was so nice. She had the biggest smile took care of me with no problem. I was upset about the door and she was calm and gave me another solution on how to get it in. Thanks Kitsha you rock girl!
